What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

Once we receive a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

1. **Acknowledge Receipt** (within 24 hours): Send you a confirmation that we received your notice 2. **Review the Notice** (within 24-48 hours): Verify that it includes all required elements 3. **Take Action** (within 48-72 hours): If valid, we will: - Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content - Notify the user who posted the content - Document the incident for our repeat infringer policy 4. **Monitor for Counter-Notice** (10-14 business days): Wait for any counter-notice from the user

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours of receipt.

DMCA Counter-Notice (For Users Whose Content Was Removed)

**Counter-Notice Process**:

1. Submit your counter-notice to [email protected] 2. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant within 2-3 business days 3. The complainant has 10-14 business days to notify us that they have filed a court action 4. If we receive no notice of court action, we will restore your content within 10-14 business days

Three-Strike Policy

We operate a three-strike system for copyright infringement:

**First Strike**: Warning notification sent to user. Content removed. Account remains active.

**Second Strike**: Final warning notification sent to user. Content removed. Account may be temporarily suspended (24-72 hours) for review.

**Third Strike**: Account permanently terminated. All content removed. User banned from creating new accounts.

**Note**: We may skip strikes and immediately terminate accounts for: • Egregious or willful infringement (e.g., uploading obviously pirated content) • Commercial-scale infringement • Content involving child exploitation or other illegal activity • Violations of court orders

Strike Appeals

If you believe a strike was issued in error, you may appeal by:

Fair Use and Lawful Uses

We do not pre-screen user-generated content, and the availability of content on our platform does not constitute an endorsement or verification of its legality.

Limitation of Liability
