Our community guidelines are designed to ensure that ChatWorld.AI remains a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform for everyone. By using our service, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Note: These Community Guidelines supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Service. In case of any conflict, the Terms of Service govern. Please read both documents carefully.

1. Age Restrictions

You must meet the following age requirements to use ChatWorld.AI:

If you are under 16 years old, you are not authorized to use the Services
This age requirement applies worldwide to all users regardless of location
Users between 16-17 years old should use ChatWorld.AI with parental guidance and consent

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of age requirements will be terminated immediately.

2. Be Respectful

Treat all users and AI characters with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content - Adult and Sexual Material

IMPORTANT: ChatWorld.AI is NOT intended for adult entertainment

The Services must not be used to create, share, or request any pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually arousing content. Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to:

Generate or attempt to generate explicit sexual content
Describe sexual acts, genitals, or nudity in explicit detail
Engage in sexual roleplay or erotic interactions
Request, upload, or share pornographic images, videos, or text
Create, request, or distribute any content involving minors in romantic, sexual, or age-inappropriate contexts
Use the Services for dating, escorting, or any service of a sexual or adult nature

Romantic or Personality-Based Characters: Some characters may express personality traits, emotions, or fictional relationships as part of the roleplay experience. These interactions are intended for entertainment only and must remain within non-sexual boundaries at all times. You must not interpret Characters or AI-generated content as offering real romantic, sexual, or personal services.

4. Other Harmful or Prohibited Content

Do not create, share, or engage with content that:

Promotes violence, terrorism, or violent extremism against persons or animals
Is excessively violent or depicts realistic serious violence in graphic detail
Glorifies or provides instructions for self-harm, self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders
Promotes or facilitates illegal activities or criminal conduct
Seeks to buy or sell illegal drugs
Shares personal information of others without their consent (doxxing)
Spreads verifiably false information with the purpose of harming others or dangerous misinformation
Attempts to exploit, manipulate, deceive, or defraud others
Contains software viruses or malicious code designed to harm systems
Constitutes spam, commercial solicitation, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized advertising
Infringes intellectual property rights or copyrights

5. Impersonation and Deepfakes

You are prohibited from:

Impersonating any real person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
Creating chatbots that impersonate real people (including celebrities) without clearly indicating they are fictional characters
Submitting recordings of real people (including voice, audio, or video) without their explicit consent
Using any ChatWorld.AI feature to create or engage in "deepfakes" or impersonation of any real person, including:
- Creating political misinformation
- Perpetrating frauds or scams
- Impugning the reputation of third parties
- Any other harmful conduct
Interfering with or appropriating any person's right of publicity by using their name, likeness, or persona without permission (except in permissible contexts like non-commercial parody or public commentary)

6. Prohibited Professional Advice

ChatWorld.AI and its AI characters are for entertainment purposes only. You must not use the Services to seek, provide, or rely on:

Medical advice or health guidance
Legal advice or counsel
Financial advice or investment guidance
Tax advice or planning
Any other professional advice that could create legal, financial, or health consequences

AI-generated responses are not a substitute for professional consultation. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

7. Appropriate Use of AI

When interacting with AI chatbots:

Remember that AI responses are generated by algorithms, not humans, and may be inaccurate or inappropriate
Do not rely on the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated statements
Do not use AI to generate harmful, illegal, or prohibited content as outlined in these Guidelines
Do not attempt to manipulate AI to bypass safety measures, content filters, or moderation systems
Report any AI behavior that seems inappropriate, concerning, or violates these Guidelines

8. Creating Chatbots and Characters

When creating your own chatbots:

Ensure your chatbot complies with all Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
Do not create chatbots designed to generate prohibited content (sexual, violent, illegal, etc.)
Do not create chatbots designed to harass, harm, or exploit others
Clearly indicate if your chatbot is based on a real person and is a fictional representation
Label potentially sensitive content appropriately and responsibly
Respect intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks
Do not use copyrighted material, brand names, or trademarked content without proper authorization

9. Privacy and Security

To protect yourself and others:

Do not share your personal information (full name, address, phone number, financial details, social security numbers, etc.) in chats
Do not share or request others' personal information
Do not solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18
Use strong, unique passwords for your account and enable any available security features
Report suspicious activity, accounts, or security concerns
Do not attempt to obtain information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services

10. Platform Integrity

To maintain platform security and integrity, you must not:

Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Services
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Services
Attempt to evade any technological measures designed to protect the Services
Circumvent any access restrictions or bypass blocked IP addresses

11. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:

We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly. We may share information from your report with the user who provided the reported content as part of our investigation process.

12. Content Moderation and Enforcement

ChatWorld.AI maintains both automated and manual moderation systems to identify and address violations of these Guidelines and our Terms of Service.

Violations may result in the following actions:

Content removal or restriction of visibility
Warning issued to your account
Temporary suspension of account access
Permanent termination of your account and ban from the platform
Reporting to law enforcement in cases of illegal activity (including child exploitation, terrorism, or criminal conduct)
Legal action for damages or other remedies

The severity and type of enforcement action will depend on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

13. Updates to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or community standards. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of ChatWorld.AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
